All transactions on New Jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). New Jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, New Jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
New Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your New Jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude New Jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, New Jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request the closure of your New Jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
